Do you have warrantees on equipment?

Yes! all the equipment supplied by VIMO Dynamics Global have 1 (one) year limited warrantee. If the equipment is supplied, installed and maintained by us and the client uses them in accordance to our recommendations then the equipment would be replaced no questions asked.


When an equipment goes in for repair or replacement how Long does it take and what happens in the mean time to our system?

Repairs take no more than a week for minor problems and a maximum of a month before replacement would be the final solution. When we take an equipment for repair or replacement, we install a temporary equipment for the client to keep them going till the device is either returned or replace at no cost to the client.


What’s your upgrade policy?

All setup done by VIMO Dynamics can be upgraded by us with a 10% discount on all new equipment as a kind of “Trade-in” upgrade.


Do you work overseas and are there countries you don’t work in?

Yes, we execute projects around the world, and there are no countries we do not handle but we factor VISA processing into the project timeline.
